DESCRIPTION OF THE RSK-800 SORT MIXING COMPLEX
Mortar-mixing complex based on high-speed mixer PSK-800
developed by our company in 2019 and has no analogues in terms of its cost and capabilities!
RSK-800 consists of:
-Mortar mixer with double speed mixingour development;
-Built-in activatorour development (allows to reduce cement consumption and dramatically increase profitability);
-automatic dispensers pigment(2 pcs.);
-automatic water dispenserwith the determination of the required moisture content of the material using a microwave sensor with a ceramic coating and a control system;
-soft start systemmain gearbox for long life and minimal gear wear;
-Armor with wear-resistant steelon the walls, bottom, and blades of the mortar mixer.
-Pneumatic damperto unload material;
-cabinet control allowing control in automatic and manual modes;
